Service Description

Want to share the power of Pilates with friends, family members or your other half? Our 3 to 1 sessions are a great way to get a personalised Pilates programme that meets both of your needs. Following a postural assessment and individualized consultation, a Pilates programme will be created to help both of you achieve your goals with lots of friendly support and encouragement along the way! Sessions can be in your home/in studio or online. All equipment can be provided if necessary. Price is person.

Cancelation Policy

If you can't make your usual session due to illness/holiday we'd love you to take a make up class in any of our other classes. This ensures you maintain that great Pilates feeling! NOTE - make up classes MUST be taken within the same block and cannot be carried over. Subject to available space and must be booked in advance.
