Our relaxing, rejuvenating and fun sessions focus on improving core strength, reducing aches and pains and teaching you techniques that you can take into daily life to keep feeling good off the mat! This class is suitable for those who are new to Pilates and for those who would like a recap, its slow paced with lots of explanation and detail so you can feel really confident in your Pilates journey and learn all the Pilates principles to help you get the most from your workout. Each session is different and we believe in empowering you so you get to know your body better - improving body confidence, moving with grace and ease, reducing aches and pains, improving mobility and flexibility, and strengthening the body from the inside out. We sometimes use small equipment to enhance/aid the movements depending on what we need as individuals. A small group individually tailored session which will leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and is a great way to end your day.
