All you need to know!

Before your class

Everyone will need to complete an updated medical questionnaire, if you haven't yet done one please click the relevant link below to complete this before you come to your session...

What do I need to bring?

  • You'll  need to wear comfortable but not too loose clothing that you can move around in easily.

  • We workout either barefoot or in socks, so no special footwear is needed.

  • Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

  • If you have your own mat that you'd like to bring that's absolutely fine! If not we have some you can use at the studio as well as small equipment.

  • *Large gym balls are needed for the Pregnancy classes - I can provide these if needed but you may prefer to bring your own.

Classes at Studio E are in the larger studio (this is accessed via the door up the ramp). There is lots of parking around the studio so you can just rock up and dive into class.


Classes are limited to 8 people so you get loads of attention, a great experience, can ask questions and above all have fun!
