There are Channels for: Warms Ups and Short Sessions; Beginners; Improvers; Intermediate; Ante-Natal and Post-Natal.
We've also recently added a Resources section where you can find out all about those Pilates elements that really help you to hone your practice: How to find neutral pelvis (and what it is), how the breath can help you get the most out of your movement and help to strengthen your abdominals further plus how to move the shoulders well so tension is released.
We've also added MORE channels so you have a great range of neck and shoulder workouts to choose from PLUS hips and glutes and the low back if you want to focus on the lower body.
