You know how it goes – usually, I love an early morning workout. But with football and rugby training taking over our weekends until May, things have had to shift a bit. And you know what? That's totally okay!

Last weekend, with early starts and winter bugs making their rounds, my workout didn't happen until Saturday afternoon. Picture this: mat facing the garden, dog by my side, and me keeping an eye on the boys playing football (and occasionally breaking up the odd squabble). Not exactly Instagram-perfect, but perfectly real.

And that's the point I want to make today:

There's no right or wrong way to work out.

What matters is that you enjoy it, it fits into your life, and you feel fantastic afterwards!
